Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to keep them secure at all times. 5.3. Participants understand and accept the risks associated with the tour activities and agree to release Guided Cappadocia Tours from any liability arising from such risks.
6. Travel Documents and Insurance: 6.1. Participants are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required identification. 6.2. It is highly recommended that participants purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings.
7. Intellectual Property: 7.1. All content, including text, images, logos, and trademarks displayed on our website and promotional materials, are the property of Guided Cappadocia Tours. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
